Kolkata Airport Metro

Kolkata Airport Metro is going to replace the existing railway connection between the Airport and several locations in the city.

The following metro lines will connect Kolkata Airport with the city centre:

Metro Line 4

Kolkata Metro Line 4 will cover the route between Noapara and Barasat via Kolkata Airport. 

Stops: Noapara, Dum Dum Cantonment, Jessore Road (Kolkata Airport Gate 1), Biman Bandar (Kolkata Airport), Birati, Michael Nagar, New Barrackpore, Madhyamgram, Hridaypur and Barasat.

Metro Line 6

On the other hand, Metro Line 6 will connect New Garia with Kolkata Airport at Biman Bandar (Metro Line 4). 

Stops: Biman Bandar (Kolkata Airport), VIP Road / Haldiram, Rabindra Tirtha, Titumir, Sub CBD 2, Covention Centre, Newtown, CBD 2, CBD 1, Sub CBD 1, Bidhannagar, Technopolis, Salt Lake Sector V, Nicco Park, Gour Kishore Ghosh, Beliaghata, Barun Sengupta, Ritwik Ghatak, VIP Bazaar, Hemanta Mukherjee, Kavi Sukanta, Jyotirindra Nath Nandi, Satyajit Ray and Kavi Subhash.
